Privacy Policy
How Infinitum Corporation collects, uses, shares and protects personal information across our website, services and products.
Last updated November 4, 2026
01Who we are
This policy covers Infinitum Corporation ("Infinitum", "we", "us") and applies to our website, our consulting services, and our products, including Cumulus://Cloud™, SCALVS.ai™, FabriC++™, VEIL, $FIRM Wallet™ and the other products listed on this site. Some products have their own privacy notice, which adds to this policy.
Military and government editions, including ODIN°™ and ÆTHER MIL™, are governed by the contract with that customer. Mission data from those systems is never part of the commercial data program described below.
02Information we collect
- Information you give us: name, email, phone number, organization, job title and anything you send when you contact us, apply for a job or become a supplier.
- Account and product information: login details, settings, content you store or create, and support requests.
- Usage and device information: pages viewed, features used, approximate location from your IP address, browser and device type, and diagnostic logs.
- Data you choose to contribute: data you opt in to share through a product's revenue-sharing program. Private information is filtered on your device before anything is shared.
- Sensitive information: some products, such as ei·det·ic™, can process biometric or identity information. We do so only with the consent and authorization the law requires.
- Blockchain information: wallet addresses and transactions recorded on public blockchains are public by design. $FIRM Wallet™ is self-custody: we never hold your private keys.
03How we use information
- To provide, secure and improve our services and products.
- To manage client engagements, contracts and billing.
- To calculate and pay token rewards and revenue shares.
- To communicate with you, including service notices and, where allowed, marketing you can opt out of.
- To review job applications and supplier registrations.
- To detect fraud and abuse, and to meet legal, export-control and regulatory obligations.
We use AI tools to help deliver our services. We do not use your personal information to train public AI models without your permission.
04Selling and sharing data
Several Infinitum products let you earn by contributing data. Contribution is always opt-in, you choose what leaves your device, and we refine consented data into licensable datasets for verified buyers. Under some U.S. state laws, this may count as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. You can stop contributing at any time in the product, and you can opt out by emailing info@theinfinitumcorporation.com.
We never sell VEIL browsing history, $FIRM Wallet™ private keys, or biometric information.
We also share information with:
- Service providers who process it on our behalf under contract, such as hosting, payment and email providers.
- Clients, when the information is part of the project they hired us for.
- Authorities, when required by law, or to protect our rights, users and the public.
- A buyer or successor, if Infinitum is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
05Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to opt out of its sale or sharing, to limit use of sensitive information, and to appeal a decision we make about your request. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights. To make a request, email info@theinfinitumcorporation.com. We will verify your identity before acting on it.
06Security and retention
We protect information with encryption, access controls and monitoring appropriate to its sensitivity. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires, and then delete or de-identify it.
07Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
08International transfers
Infinitum is based in the United States and processes information there. When we transfer information from other countries, we use the safeguards those countries require.
09Changes and contact
We may update this policy. When we make significant changes, we will post the new version here and update the date above. Questions? Contact info@theinfinitumcorporation.com, call (202) 681-0120, or write to Infinitum Corporation, 1629 K Street NW, Suite 300, Washington, D.C.
